I’m not your typical ‘corporate’ coach. I value authenticity, open conversations, and, yes, even a bit of laughter along the way. That said, I also believe in holding myself and my clients to high standards. Growth happens when we challenge ourselves, and I’m here to help you push past limitations, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Like many of my clients, I’ve wrestled with a fear of failure—so I get it. I know that overcoming those inner barriers is where real transformation begins. My Story

With over 20 years of experience in Talent, Learning & Development, and HR, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and developing professionals at all levels—both internally and externally. I’ve designed and delivered impactful leadership development and talent programs across a range of industries, including technology, telecoms, automotive, manufacturing, and managed services. My work has spanned multiple continents, giving me a truly global perspective on leadership and professional growth.Coaching has been a core part of my career, whether embedded within development programs or working one-on-one with individuals. Today, alongside my corporate work, I also coach a select group of private clients. This breadth of experience allows me to offer deep insight and tailored guidance to help professionals navigate their careers with confidence.To formalize my expertise, I earned a Level 7 ILM Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. This certification not only validated my years of experience but also reinforced my belief in coaching as a transformative tool for personal and professional growth. I’m a proud member of the EMCC and and I'm accredited at practitioner level and adhere to their Code of Ethics. Additionally, as a Chartered Member of the CIPD, I hold a Level 7 CIPD Senior People Professional Certificate. While earning this qualification in 2023, I was honoured to receive the Michael Kelly Outstanding Student Award – Advanced Level, and I’ve since returned as a judge for the awards, featured on an episode of the CIPD people pod and I'll soon be speaking at this years festival of work.Outside of coaching, I’m an avid reader—mostly science fiction, but I’m open to anything that catches my interest. I love hiking and recently walked part of the Camino de Santiago. Traveling with my partner and friends is a big part of my life, and if eating out counts as a hobby, I’m fully committed.
